  3. Keeping hydrated: It is always a good practice to keep the body hydrated. Hydration cleans the system and helps dilute solutes in the body, reducing the workload on our kidneys. Keeping hydrated also aids digestion and allows important substances to dissolve quickly. So as the body would have them available for proper functioning.   4. Keeping Proper hygiene: We must ensure to live a clean lifestyle. You are certainly not the only one fronting the kind of people you are into but how you deal with it makes the difference.
